Do all of your homes have the same finishes?
Two main finishes: Our Pearl finish will be in our homes that face East and North and our Asher finish will be in our homes that face West and South.
Penthouse level 22 and 23 have upgraded appliances, wine refrigerators, granite backsplash, and upgraded flooring!

Does your community offer smart home technology?
Not at this time, however, you are welcome to furnish your home with your own chosen smart home technology as long as you put it back should you move out.

Do all your apartments come with a washer and dryer?

What is your pet policy?
No pet weight limit, 2 pet limit, $25 per month pet rent, no pet deposit,
$500 pet fee.
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier Rottweiler, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Chowchow, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds, plus exotic animals such as tarantulas, piranhas, reptiles (snakes, iguanas), ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).

Are the bedrooms carpeted?
They are!

3 - 18 month leases!

We have a 24-hour concierge at your service.

What is your parking policy? Do you have garages? If so, are they attached or do you have a parking garage?
Private residential garage with 1 vehicle allowed per leaseholder. Additional spots available for $100 per month!

Do you have storage units available?
Yes - ask our leasing team to rent!

What is included in the rent price?
Your beautiful home!

What's the security deposit at your community?
$300 with an approved application at move-in

How long does a customer have to move in to an apartment? What are your current hold times?
Normally 30 days, current special is 60 day hold time on vacant homes!

Do you have furnished apartments?
We don't, but we can recommend a great furniture rental company for you.

What is the noise level like?
We were built to condo specs and don't normally receive complaints! We also have 24-hour concierge in case of issues.

Can I get a discounted rate if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent in advance?
Not at this time.

What is the community culture like?
We are in the heart of West Village with incredible shopping and dining within steps of our door. We also host great resident events for you to meet your neighbors and build your community.

Are there any construction projects scheduled in the community - upgrades, or setbacks to the common spaces? (We believe in honesty... even when it's not easy)
We don't at this time!

Central A/C, all others are electric.
