We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet fee of $150 per animal, a $500 security deposit, and a $25 per month per pet rent. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum. Please contact our leasing office for further information.
Our community offers gated access. Each resident receives a code or fob to enter the gate.
We have a controlled-access parking garage at Ardan.
Ardan offers reserved parking spaces for an additional monthly fee.
We offer guest parking spots located outside of the parking garage on a first come, first serve basis.
Prioritizing our residents' needs, we proudly offer an on-site maintenance team at Ardan. To submit a maintenance request, simply log onto your Resident Portal and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow our team 48 hours to respond to your request.
To submit an after-hours service request, you can use the Resident Portal or contact Milly, our virtual assistant, for assistance. In case of emergencies, call the main phone number and press 2 for maintenance emergencies. Describe the emergency to Milly, who can then escalate it to our on-call service associate.

Residents will retrieve packages left with either the concierge or in the parcel pending package lockers.
Recycling is placed in the hallway with trash for collection by the valet. Cardboard is to be broken down and left in the trash room or can be brought down to the main recycling area in the loading dock.

We proudly offer concierge services at Ardan. Our concierge helps manage packages that are received and sent back to couriers. They manager guest arrivals and food delivery. The concierge also checks out pool area remote controls for cabanas. Concierge handles guest suite check-in and check-out. Concierge handles lockouts that do not require maintenance. Concierge will handle noise complaints and get the proper authorities or patrol involved. Allow pet walkers and housekeepers and vendors access. They accept over sized packages and deliveries. Utilities are not included in the rent payment at Ardan.
At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com. At Ardan there are one-time fees that include Admin fee $250, App fee $85, Sec Dep $300. There are monthly fees including Pest Control $5, Valet Trash $32, Pet Rent $25, RLP $15, Pet fee $500.
We do not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time.
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.
